This Ethiopian coffee is one of the most outstanding fully washed coffee and is deep and complex.  Grown in the Sidamo Province it hints of lemon candy and tropical fruits but has a rich earthiness.  A small dense bean it has a chocolate like taste as well as a floral aroma and deep spicy taste with a circus bright acidity.  The notes vary and are enhanced  depending on brewing method but it is perfect for Filter and Espresso.
